PROGRAMMES AND BRANCHES : Users can create unlimited UG / PG / Research / Diploma / Certificate programmes. COXCO has a facility of UG and PG Integrated program like in Arts and Science institutions and termination after completing ug program from that integrated course and eligible for UG program also taken. For each program, the user can define the default internal and external examination marks. Examination fee structure like application or registration fee, theory, practical, theory cum practical, special practical fees; semester and consolidated grade sheet fees; degree and provisional certificate fees also are updated by users.

SUBJECT (COURSE) DETAILS : Users can add any number of subjects in each semester of the academic period with semester number, course code, name, alias name, subject type (common or optional/elective), subject mode (theory / practical / project / soft-skill / etc.,), internal and external maximum and minimum, total marks for passing minimum, valuation scheme, credit, fees, handling department and name of the faculty of each program and section, valuation board with a user-friendly interface. Users can add additional credit courses (extra credit courses) in the zeroth semester, and the students can opt for those courses in any semester. Users can also add the fast track courses in the last semester of the academic terms. The students can take the fast track course from the 3rd semester. Users can also import those data from an excel file and export the updated data to an excel file. The migration option for the course details from one batch to another batch or one program to another program is useful to reduce the data entry work every year or semester. User can upload individual subject's syllabus file to send to question paper setter and future use.

STUDENTS BIODATA : COXCO has a user-friendly interface to update the students' biodata and admission details. Users can also import those data from an excel file and export the updated data to an excel file. Auto and manual register number assignments are available by section and gender-wise. Students' current status like Alive, long absent (sem break) and discontinue marking facility to prepare nominal roll facility updated. User can also upload a single column (DOTE Reference, AICTE Reference, University Reference which will get later after admission) from excel file along with the students register number. COXCO has an additional feature for undergraduate arts, science, and commerce program students; the first language selection in PART-I and the medium of study up to higher secondary are the information to prepare the non-major elective course in PART-IV in the nominal roll are also integrated.

CLASSIFICATION OF NON-LETTER GRADES : Users can add unlimited descriptive grades like completed, passed, good, average, etc., to assign to the courses which do not have any internal or external marks.

CLASSIFICATION SEMESTER GRADES : Users can add grades and grade points for the marks obtained in each course by the students for various regulations for undergraduate or postgraduate or both.

CLASSIFICATION FINAL GRADES : Users can add final grades and class classifications for the CGPA obtained by the students for various regulations.

STAFFS DETAILS : Users can add unlimited internal and external staff's personal details with their banking information to generate claim reports for question paper setting, valuation and exam duties. COXCO generate a unique loginid for each staffs or you can use your existing staff code for login purpose. Seperate modules for internal staffs to enter hour based class attendance, attendance consolidation and internal assessment mark entry. Also seperate modules for external staffs to upload external examination theory (dummy numbered / register numbered) mark entry and practial examination (register numbered) mark entry online.

QUESTION PAPER TEMPLATES : COXCO has an excellent feature to analys the course outcome attainment. User can create so many templates (as modal) and save as for each question paper respect to the subject or maximum marks. An user friendly interface integrated to update Marks, Blooms-Taxonomy, COs are mandatory to each questions.

AUTO NOMINAL ROLL WITH STUDENT’S PREVIOUS SEMESTER ARREARS WITH FLEXIBLE CHOICE BASED CREDIT SYSTEM COXCO has an excellent feature to create Nominal Roll Process is particularly used to list the current semester and arrear semester courses for each students to be register during the examination. Flexible choice based credit system couses selected by students will be easily mappable. Individual student registration process, individual course registeration by students, improvement attempt by students and multiple subjects and elective subjects registration process are easily integrated with user friendly interface.
